[Hushmail] Account Creator - Version: 1.0

Hushmail Account Creator is not running in my pc, I use XP SP3. I have download the following files and install both of it too in my pc,

http://uberbots.net/programs/soapsdk.msi

When I click the Hushmail Account Creator, I got the following error,

Component 'UberSock.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file missing or invalid

I have try many times to download Hushmail Account Creator and the error message always appear when the software clicked. Can anybody in this forum explain to me what's going on?

Where is the ADMIN of this forum and the owner of uberbots.net, I still can't run this software on my pc. What's the hell going on here? Can someone explain to me?
