Most of the software is NOT working and has not been working for a month now. I think Uber went on vacation or something. Luckily I have a backup software. Otherwise, I'd be out of business.
I think Uber should charge a service fee for upgrades, maybe $5, and THEN get the upgrades out within 24 hours of them breaking. That way he'd have incentive to get things fixed. Right now it doesn't seem he cares.
