Look uber, I'm pretty sick of just being ignored in the 'report bugs' section.

Your software promises to do what it doesn't do, if you're not planning to update the software, I want a refund. Who else is with me on this?

I can find plenty of bot providers that have forums where the moderators reply within 2-3 days and are very friendly. You don't even need to be friendly, just provide us with this '24/7' support you promise. Not replying to our concerns doesn't mean the software works... How many new customers you think look in these forums and see the issues? how many times you think customers of yours warn customers outside of your forum?

If I had known your bots and support would be TRASH I wouldn't have paid, so if your not going to get the things to do what they're suppose to do.. give me back my money so i can go get a BOT that DOES do it right.

you will have to wait as we are re-writing about 50% of the code of each bot and we will release them we our own socket wrench.. much faster and stable than using the old winsock component!
